We're back from another USA-trip. Three weeks of Arizona and some days in Las Vegas. We had everything, from heat waves, snowstorm, deep atomic rocket silos, spending the night in little casitas in ghosttowns, lots of desert and snowy mountains. Our California cruising days are over... Two weeks are just a to short! But we've had it all, a cold wave in the desert, a heat wave in Santa Monica and flowers everywere!And a big "f*ck you!" to the Dollar Rental Car compagny for giving us the wrong car, with flat tyres no 4WD (which we reserved for)... and guess what, instead of giving us the promised refund they even billed our credit cart for this piece of wreck three times!
We're now negotiating to get our money back...
Ok, here's an example why I'm so stoked about my new job. This is a little project that has been completed last year. The canalization of an old creek has been undone and the creek is meandering like it use to for ages.
Now a couple of months later, nature has taken over and created a little biosphere between a highway and a suburb.
