Monotonix - a different view

Last september I shot the Israelian acrobatic punkrockers in Portland during a hair raising show at the MFNW festival. One of the most spectacular shows I ever saw. Here's the lucky shot of that performances:
Singer Ami wasn't so lucky a couple of weeks ago in Palm Beach, the audience wasn't as helpfull. A bad knee injury put an abrupt end to the show. This photo is shot by Spin photographer Ian Witlen:

Music Fest North West

Had some fun shooting the Music Fest North West in Portland; four days of new and old, fresh and retro music. Above is Monotonix heating up the crowd for the old masters of hard core: The Bad Brains, in the Roseland Theatre:

After that we ran to Dante's, a steaming music café for the reunion show of the Zero's. Man, they rocked like they were back in CBGB's in 1976! But the big bang of the evening was Mudhoney, who really blew the roof of the place!

Of course we saw lots of other bands, to many to mention. We even managed to get out of the city and visited some beautiful canyons, waterfalls and more...
